This week, I did my first virtual presentation at the Global Education Conference. In the end, I think it went really well. If you’re interested, you can hear the whole thing, and read the chat transcript from the RECORDING LINK. It lasts about an hour.

The coolest part of the experience was an unintended consequence. I signed up for the 1:00 pm EST time slot thinking that people might be on lunch. Well, basically, I alienated most US teachers as they were all in class. However, I had an amazing international group instead. I had a kindergarten teacher from a rural farming village in Nepal, an instructor in Israel, a teacher in Thessalonika, Greece, and a moderator in Utah. The rest of the sessions were also archived, so if you have any interest at all, it’s definitely worth checking out: globaleducation.ning.com/page/2011-conference-quick-links
