Sometimes, the hardest thing to do is just start doing it. I find this a lot with either tasks I find uninteresting, or those I find overwhelming. However, at least with physical tasks, I now have help.
Last week, Mike and I bit the bullet and signed up for Summit for Someone. Now that we have committed, it’s time to start thinking about how to get up 14,000 feet. At 6:00 this morning, I met Paul at Bridge to Fitness. As soon as I mentioned that I needed to be able to haul a 50 pound pack up a mountain, he loaded an 8 pound vest onto me and we got started.
So, for once, getting started may be the easiest part of this task. Coding those custom HTML pages for our admission director at school, however, is a different story!
