2nd Grade Charts

Today, let’s see if you can make your own chart!

1. Go to quickmaps
2. Click on Draw a Quik Map
3. Type Newport, RI where it says go to my hometown
4. Pick your chart type – either Map, Satellite, Hybrid, or Terrain
5. See if you can find and label:
   • Aquidneck Island
   • Connanicut Island
   • Rose Island
   • Narragansett Bay
   • Sakonnet River
   • Rhode Island Sound
   • Goat Island
   • Newport
   • the Newport Bridge
   • the Jamestown Bridge
   • Can you show anything else?
6. Ask Mrs. H for help getting your chart onto your poster
